21% growth of oil exports from Hormozgan port

Director General of Ports and Maritime of Hormozgan: During the first 6 months of this year, 7 million 870 thousand tons of petroleum products were exported through the Persian Gulf port, which shows an increase of 21% compared to the same period last year.
About the 6-month performance of Hormozgan port, Alireza Mohammadi Karajiran stated that a total of 15 million tons of various petroleum products have been unloaded and loaded in Shahid Rajaei port, in which a 6% growth has been achieved.
The Director General of Ports and Maritime of Hormozgan pointed to the capacities created in the Persian Gulf port as an oil complex of Shahid Rajaei Port Special Economic Zone, and said: this port aims to increase and enhance the country's share of the bunkering, export and import market and Transit of petroleum products. Development projects are being carried out with the participation of the Ports and maritime organization, as well as attracting strong domestic private sector investors.
