Transit of 17,000 tons of goods to Eurasian member states through Anzali Port

Since March 2021 to the end of November, the unloading and loading of oil and non-oil goods in Anzali port increased by 12.7%.

Since the beginning of this year (Iranian calendar), over one million and 28 thousand tons of goods have been unloaded and loaded in Anzali port complex.

Grains, basic commodities, vegetable oils, metals, agricultural products, mineral and construction goods, glass, tiles, raw materials and chemicals, boards and wood, paper and cardboard, containers and other items were among the goods that were unloaded and loaded in Anzali port.

During this period, more than 17,000 tons of goods were transited from Anzali port complex to the destinations of Eurasian Union member states, which increased by 4.93% compared to the same period last year. Also, during the last eight months, 3,639 TEU were unloaded and loaded in Anzali port complex, which also indicate a growth of 2.5 percent compared to the same period last year.

Anzali port complex, with a 300-year background in the field of maritime and 17 berths and the capacity of unloading and loading of 10 million tons of goods per year is the largest and most equipped Iranian port complex on the Caspian Sea coastline.
